COVID-19: A Fight for Survival

This session describes the latest research available related to the COVID-19 virus and its impact on
the senior and other at-risk populations. It examines the fight for survival in a comprehensive way from community to an individual struggle. Factors to protect individuals from the spread of infectious diseases and guidance in optimizing immunity through nutrition are discussed. Health behaviors designed to protect are also explored.
