Cooking for Wellness Chef Series – Cooking up Culture with Chef Yia Vang

In this NEW cooking series, you will learn how to prepare a recipe that is rooted and inspired by our guest chef’s cultural background. Learn how to prepare a seasonal noodle & vegetable dish inspired and influenced by Mr. Vang’s Hmong family and cultural traditions.

Each webinar is 1.25 hours long and will include a cooking demonstration and cultural information about the ingredients and origins of the recipe.
